 Traditional Cheesy Beef Quesadillas

 Fixings
    1 lb. ground hamburger
    genuine salt
    Newly ground dark pepper
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 onion, diced
    1 tbsp. Taco Seasoning
    2 tbsp. tomato glue
    8 oz. canned dark beans, flushed and depleted
    2 avocados, pitted and diced
    1/4 c. Cleaved cilantro
    Canola oil, for fricasseeing
    4 enormous flour tortillas
    8 oz. destroyed white Cheddar
    1 lime, cut into wedges
    acrid cream

    In an enormous cast iron skillet over medium-high hotness, earthy colored hamburger, parting ways with a wooden spoon. Season with 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp dark pepper.
